We are Aspire For Her –a gender-diversity movement that is working to add10 million women to India’s workforce by 2025 & 20 million by 2030.We are doing this by leveraging the power of communities.   

 

We offer all the support, resources and opportunities that women need to enter, thrive and grow within the workforce.

HER Sport Ki Champion is forwomen who are at the end of their sporting career. It helps them use their learnings from the world of sports to enter the workforce and live a life of dignity.

The TK Sinha foundation
Set up in memory of Mr. TK Sinha, this foundation was introduced by our founder and the CEO, Madura Dasgupta Sinha. It works to sponsor higher education opportunities for young women from underprivileged backgrounds.
