This role at a leading NBFC is specifically for women who have been on a career break and are now looking to return to the workforce. The NBFC is looking to hire women to be a part of their Customer Service Centre.

Role Outline –

  • Address and solve client queries in a productive manner by coordinating with various units of the organization (Operations, IT, Credit, Business, etc)
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers
  • Co-ordinate for any Audit related activities on customer service

Required qualifications –

  • Should be a graduate
  • Should have worked in financial services, preferably in lending
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Excel and drafting business mails
