Qualifications and Requirements –
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 15 years work experience in Financial Services with 5-7 years of relevant experience as Team Lead
- Should be a woman looking to return to work after a career break
- Should have experience in Handling a call center team.
- Excellent Oral & written communication skills in English.
- Responsible for handling and managing client queries.
- Address & solve client queries in a productive manner by coordinating with various units of the organization (Operations, IT, Credit, Business etc.)
- Follow the defined standard operating product users while responding to customer queries.
- Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers.
- Need to manage the various channels of customer communication.
- All the action and resolution have to be with the quality standards defined.
- Coordinate for any Audit related activities on customer service.
- Knowledge of excel, drafting business mails and MIS
