Qualifications and Requirements –

  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • 15 years work experience in Financial Services with 5-7 years of relevant experience as Team Lead
  • Should be a woman looking to return to work after a career break

Responsibilities –

  • Should have experience in Handling a call center team.
  • Excellent Oral & written communication skills in English.
  • Responsible for handling and managing client queries.
  • Address & solve client queries in a productive manner by coordinating with various units of the organization (Operations, IT, Credit, Business etc.)
  • Follow the defined standard operating product users while responding to customer queries.
  • Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers.
  • Need to manage the various channels of customer communication.
  • All the action and resolution have to be with the quality standards defined.
  • Coordinate for any Audit related activities on customer service.
  • Knowledge of excel, drafting business mails and MIS
